  • Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry but may be subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund or rescheduling available.
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to availability.
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund; rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

For private chef experiences and corporate events, longer notice periods may apply and will be specified at booking.

Your Responsibilities

When participating in our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about dietary requirements, allergies, or health conditions that may be relevant.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
  • Follow safety instructions provided by our staff.
